Will-Call Ticket info
Congratulations, you have successfully purchased tickets to one of our Dancing Oak Ranch concerts. In the next few days, we will send you a personal email confirming the show and number of tickets you bought. The name on your paypal account will be on our will-call list at the door. You can purchase additional adult tickets for $25 at the door, as well as childrenís tickets (7-15) for $10.
Arrival: The gates open at 5:00pm. We ask that you do not arrive earlier because there is very limited space to wait outside the gate. Please drive slow (under 15 MPH) on the driveway. Our neighbors emphatically request that you respect their wishes for all cars to go slow through their property. Start times: There will be live music starting at 5:30pm with local musicians (TBA) followed by the main act at 7:00pm. The show usually ends around 9:30.
Directions: Dancing Oak Ranch is located on West Highway 150. Coming from the coast, we are on the left, 6 miles from US 101. Coming from Ojai, we are on the right, 10 miles from Highway 33. For GPS mapping, our address is: 4585 Casitas Pass Rd. Ventura 93001. Watch for the concert sign (and our neighbors American Flag) on the north side of the road. There will also be a security person to assist you.
Parking: Dancing Oak Ranch is almost a mile back, on the left. Please drive slowly and park along the road or around the warehouse, but please don't block other cars or access in either direction. From 5:00 until 6:30 there will be helpers to guide you to the most convenient parking spaces. Please let them know if you have any special needs. (Limited handicap parking near the house, please call to let us know you'll be coming.)
What to bring: This is an outdoor concert with seating on gently sloping grass and under shady oaks, so you will need a blanket or low back deck chairs, a camera, plus anything else you might bring on a picnic. Bring a small flashlight (to help find your car after the concert). The afternoon temperatures are expected to be warm, but it does cool down after dark so please be prepared. There will be a bonfire in the fire-pit at the break.
Potluck: All our summer shows are potlucks, so please bring a dish to share (one per couple is appreciated). We have a special screened in area for the food and we will supply water, juice, coffee, plates, cups and plastic-ware (but feel free to bring your own to help cut down on waste and recycling). B.Y.O.B. Please drink responsibly!
Kids and Dogs: Children 7 to 15- $10, 6 and under are free, but please be considerate of others and ask your kids to keep their noise down if they play on the trampoline, firemanís pole, or swing. Friendly, well behaved dogs on a leash, are welcome.
